biggest mistake of my life to open account with IDFC first bank. they only treat privilage customer with care, rest customer does not matter to them. they should change their name from IDFC first bank to IDFC F*****D Bank

Poorest service ever one can expect from this bank. I bought fastag from IDFC bank but unable to recharge it. Visited branch, checked online but all in vain. Pathetic customer service and support.

I guess post merger they are a mess... I have writing to them for foreclosing my loan account since last 1 month - no action. I'm seriously concerned on the safety of my property papers now. CeO escalation is needed now.

so bad bank...no body help me. also call the customer care. she say wait 1 day more... and agen say wait one day more when ask branch manager no. but they not gives me.... that why so bad banks ... plz nobody open account on this bank .....

Disappointed with poor level of customer service I got from the One Horizon , Gurgaon Branch. Please think twice before you plan to open your bank account with them.

Terrible bank. Waiting 4 months and still no bank card. They keep sending it to the wrong address, no help available, cancelled my online banking with no warning.
