If there is an option of negative rating, sure I was go with that. Complaint raised on 3oth January via mail and via phone on 24th Dec, but the bank is unable to even response on the same. This bank left behind the SBI culture and get extra marks from that culture.

The wrongly put the bouncing charges of EMI and they are not accepting their me stakes. Wrote over 20 complaints, but no concrete reply. Customer care executives are dumbs who don't know basic maths calculation.
