These people are the looters, they don't even obey contract obligations. To resolve issues, I had called customer care almost 10 times, written email 4-5 times. There was no response. Once I escalated the complaint to higher level, then only issue was resolved.

Pathetic bank really. Nobody in here is willing to share their number. All they say is please reach out to our call center. And the call center phone does not connect many times. Also, the queries are not resolved for multiple weeks/months. Not sure how they are still in business.

Very bad experience on personal loan,nobody provide the proper information,did not resolve the bousing charges apply up to 48time at same day...So IDFC bant can not getting the details, customer Care not getting the satisfactory answer.Nobady dont take any laon from IDFC bank.
