It's located near the Sector 18 metro. The bank has nice infrastructure and it's neat, clean & well maintained also. The employees are very friendly and supportive.They always greets you whenever you visit. They are very fast and punctual in service. Same day cheque clearance facility.

Starting from Branch Manager to junior staff all are useless fellow. Worst Branch that i have dealt with. Not concerned about customers issue. Simple do not take calls of the customers. I would Strongly recommend to avoid this Branch.

It's ridiculous that one cannot speak to the branch manager directly. Customer care refuses to even give their name or number. Is the manager the PM or president that one cannot talk to him or her?

Very Bad Experience. I take personal loan but after 6 emi auto debit not working (ECS). All the time staff call me and asking for EMI after 1st of every month but no one can resolve issue. Not happy with bank services . …
