Why were hiring: To have responsibility for the provision of IDAM consultancy services, 3 rd line technical support, directory onboarding, application integration and the delivery of strategic initiatives relating to our global IDAM platforms What youll be doing: To provide IDAM consultancy services and 3 rd line technical support to our CoE and global technical community. To integrate applications into our IDAM service for the purpose of authentication, authorisation and provisioning where available. To onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required. To assist in the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects. To coach the IDAM technical support team to enhance their technical understanding. To manage designated technical team members. To maintain CMDB Service Catalogue technical artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items. To participate in the IDAM Change Management process. What youll need: Certified to Okta Consultant level or equivalent in another Identity product An expert understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS. Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations. A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support implementations. Experience of working with global teams. Experience of working in large scale, high complexity environments. Behaviours Great English verbal, written communication interpersonal skills. Good problem solving skills. Pragmatic approach.
