Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a positive and professional experience. This role involves handling front desk responsibilities, managing incoming communications, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Answer incoming calls. Provide general information and direct callers to an appropriate party or voice mailbox· Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner· Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.· Announce visitors to an appropriate party. Direct guests and clients to the waiting area and offer beverages (if available)· Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.· Assist with basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.· Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.· Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies· Handling helpdesk and coordinate with Facility team on ticket closures· To coordinate for interviews and any training arranged by the client employees· To support activities related to any events functions at client facility· Raise purchase orders for Facilities Management vendors as and when required· To assist in ID badging as and when required· Undertake other facilities related tasks that may arise from time to time at the direction of the Facilities Manager· Expedite emergency calls (when possible) by contacting vendors and building manager, or other appropriate individual(s)

Personal Specification· Any Graduate· Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite· Professional appearance and strong communication skills· Good telephone techniques· Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks· Must possess the ability to act competently in a crisis while maintaining a calm and professional manner· Customer service attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
