Job Description

You will be responsible for providing direct patient care by carrying out procedures for admission and discharge, making beds, maintaining personal hygiene, attending to nutritional needs, and coordinating patient care with other team members. Additionally, you will be performing various technical tasks related to nursing care, administering medication, and assisting doctors in medical and surgical procedures. It will be your duty to maintain records and reports, attend to deceased patients, and manage ward/ICU/unit operations. Your qualifications should include ANM, GNM, BSc, or PBBSc with a total experience ranging from 0 to 5 years. Key skills required for this role include communication skills, confidence, teamwork, attention to detail, and adaptability to work under pressure. In addition to the key responsibilities, you are expected to develop good communication skills, be accountable and responsible for assigned tasks, identify areas for improvement, encourage staff development, and stay updated with current nursing concepts. You should also ensure the maintenance of required reports and treat others with respect, honesty, and integrity. This is a full-time job with a rotational shift schedule.,
