Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators, IV drips, and other critical care equipment. Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergency interventions. Accurately document patient care, symptoms, and progress in medical records. Assess changes in patient condition and report promptly to the medical team. Ensure infection control and maintain a sterile environment at all times. Educate patient families on treatment plans, updates, and care instructions. Follow hospital protocols, nursing procedures, and clinical guidelines. Maintain emergency readiness and support Code Blue and other critical alerts.
