ICT Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Project Technical Coordinator to manage the Online Class project in Seraikela-Kharsawan. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of classes from the central studio to remote government schools via video conferencing and assisting in other digital projects of Vrita Ventures. Key Responsibilities: Manage live online classes from the central studio to remote schools through video conferencing. Handle class scheduling/calendars in coordination with teachers and schools. Troubleshoot technical issues (audio-visual, internet connectivity, conferencing software). Record classes and upload them on the project portal for future access. Provide technical assistance and basic training to teachers and school staff. Maintain digital records, reports, and session logs. Support other ongoing technology and education projects of Vrita Ventures. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams). Knowledge of audio-visual systems, recording tools, and online portals. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to multitask and troubleshoot in real time. Prior experience in EdTech projects/IT support preferred. Position Type: Full-time, On-site
