Responsibilities: Manage live studio classes via video conferencing, handle scheduling/recordings/uploads, provide AV & IT support, coordinate with teachers/schools, and assist in other Vrita Ventures projects.
We are hiring a Project Technical Coordinator to manage the technical and operational aspects of the eShiksha Setu project, which delivers digital education from a central studio to government schools through two-way video conferencing. The role also involves supporting other technology-driven education and development projects of Vrita Ventures in the district. Key Responsibilities Manage live digital classes from the central studio to remote schools. Coordinate with teachers, schools, and district administration for smooth operations. Handle technical setup, troubleshooting (audio-visual, internet, conferencing software). Maintain class schedules/calendars and ensure timely session delivery. Record live classes and upload content to the project portal. Provide training/support to teachers and school staff for using digital tools. Maintain session records, reports, and digital content library. Assist in other education and IT-related projects of Vrita Ventures. Required Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. Proficiency in video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.). Knowledge of audio-visual equipment, recording tools, and content management systems. Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Willingness to travel to schools within the district if required. Prior experience in EdTech projects/IT support will be an added advantage.
