ICF / EMCC certified Coach (Leadership / Career / Performance) — Remote / Part-time - India

Elume.ai is an AI-powered coaching platform that helps professionals turn goals into consistent action with structured coaching and measurable progress.

We’re looking for experienced ICF/ EMCC or equivalent certified Coaches who can deliver high-quality 1:1 coaching sessions and partner with our product team to shape an exceptional coaching experience.

This is not a mass-market coaching gig. This is a purpose-led platform where we support your growth, match you with relevant clients , help you make scalable impact with AI helping clients in between the sessions.

What you’ll do

• Coach clients 1:1 on leadership, career growth, performance, confidence, communication, decision-making, and transitions.
• Create clear coaching plans with goals, accountability, and progress check-ins.
• Maintain strong ethics, professionalism, and client confidentiality.
• Share feedback to improve the platform experience (tools, workflows, client journey).
• Work 100% remotely on your own schedule
• Grow your income through coaching + recurring subscription revenue
• Join a curated, values-driven network of coaches globally

What we’re looking for

• ICF/EMCC or equivalent certification
• Strong coaching presence, listening skills, and structured sessions.
• strong foundation in psychology, healing, transformation, or performance is a plus
• Comfort working with online tools: Zoom/Google Meet, calendars, etc
