Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IBM Sterling OMS Lead with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in Chennai and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Sterling Order Management.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, configure, and develop applications using IBM Sterling Order Management.
Develop APIs, databases, UIs, and programming using Java, SOAP, REST, Application Server, MQ/JMS, and Webservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IBM Sterling Order Management.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in developing applications using IBM Sterling Order Management.
Strong knowledge of IBM Sterling Order Management design, configuration, API, database, UIs, programming (Java), SOAP, REST, Application Server, MQ/JMS, and Webservices.
Experience working with large-scale projects and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Education: BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MCA (All Fulltime).
Notice Period: 0-45 days.
