Job Description

4-5 years hands on experience in pure technical roles in development or infrastructure support. Key Responsibilities: • Get involved in the entire lifecycle of the infrastructure project • Experience in messaging middlewares like IBM MQ, KAFKA, SOLACE and file transfer tools • Required basic knowledge on SQL queries and UNIX shell scripting. • Must have worked in implementation of infrastructure projects. Hands on experience in Release and deployment process. Experience on Incident and Change management. • Ability to troubleshoot incidents and problems raised by users, investigate system behaviour and drive resolutions. • Responsible for using various tools to monitor system health and performance and respond to critical alerts to address potential issues within the applications. • Maintaining and managing monitoring configurations is also a key requirement. • Develop and maintain technical support documentation. • Participate in and complete application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production
