RoleIBM BAW Developer / Lead Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IBM BAW Developer with extensive experience in end-to-end Business Process Applications and Solutions development using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM FileNet P8, IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Rules Engine, Heritage Coach Views, Coach Views, External Service Integration and Java/JEE based APIs. Expertise in simplifying BPM workflows with complex algorithms, and ability to troubleshoot and optimize transactions with high response times. Strong understanding of Business User centred design principles and best practices. Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
