Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Intensive Care Nurse to join our team in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in an intensive care setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality patient care and monitor patients' conditions closely.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical history.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices, particularly in intensive care settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.

Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
