Job Description

Job Title:

Job Summary:

IBM Content Manager 8.7 Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and manage
IBM Content Manager 8.7
environments.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
Handle user access control, system backup, and disaster recovery processes.
Support migration efforts including
lift-and-shift
from legacy systems to IBM CM.
Collaborate with internal teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues related to IBM CM infrastructure.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as an IBM Content Manager Administrator (preferably v8.7).
Strong expertise in system administration, configuration, and maintenance.
Good understanding of
content migration
methodologies and tools.
Experience in
lift-and-shift migration
scenarios is highly desirable.
Ability to work in a
hybrid model
and coordinate with distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

IBM CM certifications (if any) are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
