Description
Responsible for leading the design and development of user-centric, intuitive, and high-performing Workflows for IBM Concert. Drive Workflows Development efforts using various workflows blocks, customised python, ansible scripts and champion innovation in Concert Workflows practices across the Concert product organization.
Development of modern, scalable, and accessible Workflows with a focus on performance and usability.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to translate business requirements into E2E performance efficient Workflows.Drive the adoption of coding best practices, including accessibility, globalization, performance optimization, and design consistency.Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical leadership and guidance on Workflows Development ensuring adherence to IBM’s design standards.Partner with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Design Systems, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery of features with high quality.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvements of the development lifecycle.

Technical Expertise
Expertise in scripting using Python and Ansible playbook.Strong knowledge of understanding and building E2E automation workflows.Deep understanding of React Hooks and functional component patterns.Basic understanding of the DevOps tools.Proficiency in working with MySQL/Postgres DB.Proficiency in working with SSH, SSM connectivity and HTTP block creation.Strong grasp of web storage mechanisms (cookies, local storage, session storage).Hands-on experience with Git, debugging tools, and modern development environments (e.g., VS Code).Familiarity with authentication/authorization patterns in Workflows.Strong foundation in software engineering principles, code security, and performance optimization.
