Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IBM Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Expert with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with IBM ALM tools, particularly IBM Rational suite.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the application lifecycle, including requirements management, development, testing, and deployment.
Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for application lifecycle management processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application lifecycle management.
Implement best practices for application lifecycle management within the organization.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of the application lifecycle, including requirements management, development, testing, and deployment.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in Java programming language.
Extensive experience with IBM ALM tools, particularly IBM Rational suite.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
