You will be joining Bloomingdale International School as an IBDP Math Facilitator, where warmth meets modernity, fostering holistic child development. Your role will involve teaching and facilitating IBDP Mathematics courses, preparing students for internal assessments and final exams, and fostering a supportive learning environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Teach and facilitate IBDP Mathematics (HL and SL) courses according to the IBDP curriculum. - Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with IBDP standards and real-world applications of mathematical concepts. - Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs and support individual learning styles. - Assess student performance through formative and summative assessments, offering timely feedback. - Prepare students for IBDP internal assessments and final exams, ensuring readiness for program challenges. - Encourage critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and problem-solving skills. - Monitor student progress, assist in setting academic goals, and support them in achieving their potential. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment promoting open discussion, collaboration, and independent thinking. - Collaborate with faculty members to support holistic student development and integrate interdisciplinary learning. - Participate in extracurricular and co-curricular activities, fostering student growth outside the classroom. - Stay updated on IBDP curriculum changes and educational developments to enhance teaching practice. **Key Skills Required:** - In-depth knowledge of IBDP Mathematics curriculum, including HL and SL. - Strong teaching and classroom management abilities. - Differentiation of instruction to meet diverse learner needs. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Proficiency with educational technologies and digital teaching tools. - Passion for teaching with a student-centered approach. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to work collaboratively within an educational team and contribute to the school community. **Qualifications:** - Masters degree in Mathematics or related field. - IB-certified in Mathematics - IBDP. - 2-5 years of experience teaching IBDP Mathematics (HL and SL). - Familiarity with IB assessment methods and student evaluation processes. - Strong background in teaching Mathematics in an international or multicultural setting preferred.,
