The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Mathematics at the IBDP level and be committed to creating a supportive and stimulating learning environment. This role requires expertise in Mathematics along with the ability to guide students through the IBDP curriculum, preparing them for internal assessments and final IB exams. Responsibilities: - Teach IBDP Mathematics (HL and SL) courses following the IBDP curriculum. - Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with IBDP standards and incorporating real-world applications of mathematical concepts. - Provide differentiated instruction to support diverse learning needs and individual learning styles. - Assess student performance regularly through formative and summative assessments, offering timely feedback. - Prepare students for IBDP internal assessments and final exams to ensure readiness for the programme's challenges. - Encourage critical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and problem-solving skills in students. - Monitor student progress, help them set academic goals, and support them in achieving their potential. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes open discussion, collaboration, and independent thinking. - Collaborate with other faculty members to facilitate holistic student development and integrate interdisciplinary learning. - Participate actively in the school's extracurricular and co-curricular activities to foster student growth beyond academics. - Stay updated on IBDP curriculum changes and educational developments to enhance teaching practices continuously. Key Skills Required: - In-depth knowledge of IBDP Mathematics curriculum, including HL and SL. - Strong teaching and classroom management skills. - Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners. - Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. - Proficiency in educational technologies and digital teaching tools. - Passion for teaching with a student-centered approach. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively within an educator team and contribute to the school community. Qualifications: - Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field. - IB-certified in Mathematics - IBDP. - 2-5 years of experience teaching IBDP Mathematics (HL and SL). - Familiarity with the latest IB assessment methods and student evaluation processes. - Strong background in teaching Mathematics in an international or multicultural setting preferred.,
