Job Description

As an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Practice Leader with over 15 years of expertise, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing a high-performing team of IAM professionals in India. Your deep technical knowledge, strategic vision, and proven leadership skills will be instrumental in driving best practices, innovation, and operational excellence within the IAM practice. Here are the key responsibilities you will undertake: - Lead and manage a team of 50+ IAM professionals in the India region. - Develop and implement IAM strategies in alignment with organizational security policies and business objectives. - Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship in designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions. - Architect and deploy solutions using various IAM tools such as Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM suite, and Directory Services. - Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and risk management in IAM implementations. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IAM processes, automation, and tooling to enhance security posture and operational efficiency. - Manage resource planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation within the IAM practice. - Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices to guide the practice's innovation roadmap. - Ensure high standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and SLA adherence within the IAM team. - Lead cross-functional collaboration across cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure teams to strengthen overall identity and access controls. In terms of qualifications and experience, you should possess: - 15+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with strong hands-on expertise. - Proven experience with major IAM tools and platforms like Ping Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft IAM products, and Directory Services. - Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex IAM projects across diverse environments. - Deep understanding of access governance, privileged access management, authentication, SSO, MIM, and identity lifecycle management. - Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting IAM such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Ability to work in fast-paced environments, manage priorities, and drive results. Additionally, preferred skills for this role include: - Experience working in global or large multinational organizations. - Certifications in IAM products like Ping, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft, Okta, etc. - Experience with cloud IAM solutions and hybrid IAM architectures. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
