Job Description

As an experienced professional in IAM-PAM and Secrets Management, your role will involve collaborating with the Head of IAM-PAM team to prevent unauthorized access, ensure safe storage of credentials, and manage secure storage with time-bound and monitored usage. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure smooth project execution, and identify potential cybersecurity exposures for reporting and corrective actions. Additionally, you will work with IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI reporting and dashboards for cybersecurity management. Your domain knowledge should include extensive experience in managing compliance with IAM Security Standards, strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management controls, and exposure to global regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001. In terms of soft skills, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams towards common objectives, expertise in stakeholder management, collaboration on standard procedures, and implementation of best practices. Strong presentation and reporting skills are also essential for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have 3 to 10 years of relevant experience, a technical background in Privileged Access Management, and any relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM would be desirable but not essential. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Head of IAM-PAM team and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution. - Identify, investigate, and report potential cybersecurity exposures, recommend corrective actions, and maintain support through to resolution. - Work with IDAM Control Owners to record, monitor, and publish MI reporting and dashboards. - Analyze data and produce detailed management MI, providing regular updates to senior management. - Manage and govern KPIs, KCIs, and KRIs. Qualifications Required: - Extensive knowledge in managing compliance with IAM Security Standards. - Strong knowledge and experience in Identity & Access Management controls. - Exposure to global regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
