Job Description

**Job Description:** As an experienced professional in the field of Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the Head of IAM-PAM and Secrets Management team to ensure the prevention of unauthorized access, secure storage of credentials, and monitored usage. Your responsibilities will include working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify cybersecurity exposures, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a secure environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for recording, monitoring, and publishing Management Information (MI), KCI reporting, and dashboards for cybersecurity management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure smooth project execution. - Identify, investigate, and report potential cybersecurity exposures, recommending corrective actions. - Record, monitor, and publish MI, KCI reporting, and dashboards for cybersecurity management. - Analyze data and produce detailed management MI, providing regular updates to senior management. - Manage and govern KPIs, KCIs, and KRIs. - Ensure compliance with IAM Security Standards and global regulatory requirements such as GDPR, SOX, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001. - Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls. - Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to lead geographically dispersed teams. - Engage in stakeholder management, collaboration on standard procedures, and implementation of best practices. - Utilize strong presentation and reporting skills effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in IAM and Privileged Access Management. - Technical background in Privileged Access Management. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM are desirable but not essential.
