I O Engineering Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ivanti UWM suite Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on supporting multiple Ivanti applications within the UWM suite.

The ideal candidate will be a Certified Administrator in Ivanti suite of products with excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.

The Engineer will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and develop solutions that support and grow our business.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user workspace management, including profile management, application control, and policy enforcement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure and efficient UWM solutions
• Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and related components
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities and best practices
• Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably with Ivanti UWM or similar user workspace management solutions
• Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security protocols
• Solid knowledge of Ivanti UWM products and user workspace management technologies
