As an Analyst specializing in Hyperpersonalization within the Banking and Fintech industries at Accenture, your role will involve collaborating with clients to design and implement initiatives that deliver hyper-personalized experiences for customers. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with various client teams to align customer value management strategies with business goals. - Communicate effectively with internal leaders and teams for a cohesive approach. - Manage relationships with key partners to ensure smooth execution of initiatives. - Data Analysis: - Monitor trends and identify anomalies, flagging them to stakeholders for resolution. - Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities and recommend improvements. - Track performance metrics, highlight key insights, and resolve critical issues. - Project Management: - Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, addressing risks proactively. - Monitor project performance, report progress, and implement process improvements. - Retention / Churn Reduction Strategies: - Design and implement customer retention programs tailored to the Banking/Fintech/Insurance sectors. - Work with product and marketing teams to create hyper-personalized campaigns for customer engagement. - Cross-Sell and Upsell Initiatives: - Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on segment-level behavior and preferences. - Business Development: - Create business cases, solution deals, and proposals to leverage Accenture's capabilities for clients. In addition to the above responsibilities, you should possess: - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. - In-depth knowledge of the banking and fintech industries. - Strategic thinking and crisis/risk management capabilities. - Understanding of marketing processes and operating models. - Good project management skills. Furthermore, you should have: - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Experience in client-facing roles and global environments. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and unstructured global environment.
