As a potential candidate for this role, you should have the following technical skills: - 3-5 years of hands-on development experience with Python (professional or substantial project work) - Practical knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar - Experience building LLM-based applications or multi-step AI workflows - Familiarity with Azure cloud services like Azure ML, Functions, Logic Apps, or OpenAI Service - Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and event-driven architectures - Working knowledge of Docker, Git, and CI/CD concepts - Experience with process automation tools such as Power Automate, n8n, Zapier, or RPA platforms is a plus In addition to the technical skills, the job requires the following program management and process skills: - 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or process improvement roles - Understanding of process mapping methodologies like BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams - Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from non-technical stakeholders - Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, or similar,
