Hybrid Cloud Solutions Architect

You will be a part of AT Dawn Technologies, a niche startup focusing on delivering specialized tech solutions in Gen AI, Data Engineering, and Backend Systems. The company is committed to empowering technologists and fostering a culture of openness, innovation, and excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Cloud Architecture & Design:** - Develop scalable, secure, and cost-efficient multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures aligned with diverse business requirements. - Establish processes and policies for infrastructure design, build, and implementation. - **Enterprise Infrastructure Expertise:** - Demonstrate a deep understanding of enterprise-level infrastructure, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, Observability, and Resiliency. - Possess expertise in AWS, Azure, and On-Premise environments. - **Migration & Re-patriation Leadership:** - Plan, schedule, and lead complex cloud migration and re-patriation initiatives. - Lead execution teams through various solution delivery phases. - **Cost Optimization & Performance Enhancement:** - Analyze cloud billing to identify cost-saving opportunities. - Plan and execute audits and optimization efforts to reduce cloud spending. - **Security & Compliance:** - Ensure cloud environments adhere to industry security standards and compliance requirements. - **Communication & Stakeholder Management:** - Lead technical conversations between core infrastructure and other IT teams. - Prepare clear MIS and status reports for senior management. - Document technical details and processes thoroughly. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Bachelors degree in computer science or similar technical field; equivalent experience may be substituted. - 8+ years experience as a solutions architect or senior software engineer. - Proven experience in Cloud Architecture and design with a strong understanding of Azure and AWS cloud platforms. - Expertise in Repatriation and Migration strategies, execution. - Hands-on experience of HP PCE, VMware, NSX-T, and Backup Solutions. - Familiarity with OpsRamp and GL Metering. - Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal). - Pursuit Experience (pre-sales, solutioning, or proposal development). - Hybrid position with 3 days mandatory in the office and 2 working remotely. You will be utilizing your skills in AWS, Azure, pre-sales experience, backup solutions, NSX-T, communication skills, OpsRamp, hybrid cloud, proposal development, cloud architecture, infrastructure, GL Metering, Veeam, VMware, and HP PCE to excel in this role.,
