You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range ofHVACsystems to ensure efficient,reliableoperationand asafe, comfortable environmentforresidential andcommercialbuildings.---KeyResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including VRV, VRF, DX, Package AC,CassetteAC,DuctableAC,Split,CSU,FCU,AHU, etc.Conduct regular maintenance checkups, perform cleanings, adjustments, and repairs tooptimizeperformanceandenergyefficiency.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in HVAC systems & components, including electrical,mechanical, and controlsystems.Repair or replace faulty parts or whole units when necessary— such as compressors, PCBs,etc.Conductbrazing,nitrogentesting, compressorreplacements,anddetailedfaultdiagnostics.Operate with refrigerant systems (R410, R32, R134, R407, etc.), ensuring compliance withsafetyand environmental standards.Coordinatewithothertechnicians/contractorsfornewinstallationsorupgrades.Keepaccurate recordsofallinspections,maintenance, and repairwork.Stayupdated onHVACindustrytrends,technologies,andregulations.Provide excellent customer service: handle clientinquiries, explainrepairoptions, and suggest

systemupgrades.
---RequirementsQualification: ITI, NCTVT, Diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification or apprenticeshipprogrampreferred.ProvenexperienceinHVACTechnicianroleorsimilar.Valid certification/licensingasrequiredbylocalregulations.StrongtechnicalknowledgeofHVACsystemsandtroubleshooting.Abilitytoreadschematics,blueprints,andtechnicalmanuals.Familiaritywithelectricalandrefrigerationfundamentals.Skilledinusingappropriatehand&powertools.Strongdiagnostic,problem-solving, and attention-to-detailskills.Physicallyfit: capableofliftingequipment,working inconfinedspaces,climbingladdersetc.Goodcommunicationandcustomer-facing skills.Note:Dutiesandqualifications may varydepending onthe specific employerrequirements ortypeofHVACsystems beingservicedunderAcelotInnovationPrivateLimited.
