Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities for HVAC installation and commissioning. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients on-site for smooth project execution. Monitor manpower deployment, work progress, and material availability. Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety regulations and statutory requirements. Resolve technical issues on-site with prompt and effective solutions. Support testing and commissioning of HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, ducts, VRFs, etc.). Maintain daily site reports, documentation, and progress updates. Liaise with procurement and planning departments to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. Desired Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical drawings. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools. Knowledge of ISHRAE standards and safety guidelines. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
