Preferred

Must have prior experience in HVAC or MEP contracting companies
Should have an active network of clients in the industrial segment

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads for industrial HVAC, MEP, and Cleanroom projects
Drive business development and convert leads into successful orders
Conduct technical discussions and understand client requirements
Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients, consultants, and architects
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and execution
Achieve sales targets and provide timely reports on progress
Attend site visits, client meetings, and industrial events as required

Eligibility

Mandatory experience in HVAC or MEP contracting companies
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and applications in industrial setups
Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of industrial sales & marketing
Self-motivated and proactive with a result-driven approach
Willingness to travel across Pune, Maharashtra, and surrounding industrial zones
