Job Summary:

ؠWe are seeking a highly motivated Liquid Cooling Project individual to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced liquid cooling systems for Data Centers.

ؠThe candidate shall have a strong background in Thermal Management, Fluid dynamics and project coordination, with hands-on experience in Engineering complex cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Deliveries

ؠLead liquid cooling system projects from concept to completion.

ؠParticipate in project meetings and provide design input.

ؠCoordinate cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing Engineers.

ؠReview and approve designs for accuracy and compliance.

ؠManage Project timelines, Budgets and Deliverables.

ؠDesign / execution knowledge on HVAC Chilled water piping / Plumbing / Fireline piping execution experience.

Design & Development

ؠLead the design and development of Chilled Water piping systems including pipe sizing, layout, and material selection.

ؠPerform complex hydraulic calculations and analysis to ensure system performance and efficiency.

Testing & Validation

ؠCreate Test plans, simulate and validate cooling performance against system requirements.

ؠAnalyse test Data and iterate designs for performance improvement.

ؠEnsure compliance with industry and safety standards.

Service & Operations Skills

ؠStrong knowledge of Heat transfer, Thermodynamics and Fluid mechanics.

ؠUnderstanding of the Control systems and Sensor integrations.

ؠExcellent communication, organizational and documentation skills.

ؠPreventive Maintenance, Implementation of Bulletins, Troubleshooting and resolve complex issues at field level within SLA.

ؠMentoring / Developing the Team members.

Preferred Criteria:

Academic & Experience Qualifications

ؠDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or related field.

ؠStrong knowledge of piping codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ASME).

ؠProficiency in piping design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CAESAR II).

ؠExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

ؠStrong communication and collaboration abilities.

ؠExperience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

ؠKnowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient systems.

ؠCertification in piping design or related field (e.g., PE, CPD).

ؠProven track record of successful project delivery.
