HVAC - Design & Planning Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer with 7 - 12 years of experience in planning and estimation of HVAC/MEP projects, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing HVAC systems to ensure they meet project requirements, comply with regulations, and operate efficiently. Your role will require proficiency in project estimation, preparing bill of quantities (BOQ), and reviewing technical documents to manage procurement processes effectively. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to develop project plans and schedules for HVAC projects. Additionally, you will be coordinating with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, manage procurement of HVAC equipment and materials, and supervise the implementation of projects to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Regular site visits will be conducted to monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise. Your responsibilities will also include preparing reports and documentation related to project activities, such as progress reports, technical reports, and project completion reports. Collaboration with the project management team to coordinate project resources and ensure efficient project execution will be essential. To stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements in HVAC systems, continuous learning and development will be encouraged.
