HVAC CAD & BIM Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

CAD (HVAC)

• Preparation of

  HVAC shop drawings

  from design drawings.
• Detailed

  CAD drafting

  for ducting, piping, and equipment layouts.

• Scuttle drawings

  and other detailed HVAC construction documentation.

BIM (HVAC)

• Developing and managing

  Revit HVAC models

  .

• Sheet preparation

  and drawing extraction from BIM models.
• Performing

  clash detection & coordination

  using

  Navisworks

  .
• Delivering accurate and coordinated BIM outputs for project teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of CAD experience

  (HVAC shop drawings).

• 1+ year of BIM experience

  (Revit + Navisworks).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and construction workflows.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver within timelines.
