SENIOR BIM MODELLER (ELECTRICAL)

You are invited to join Serene BIM Studios as a Senior Electrical BIM Modeller (Revit MEP) at our expanding Delhi office located in Jasola Vihar, New Delhi. As a Senior Electrical BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong Revit MEP skills and solid electrical design background to contribute to our projects. Your role will involve a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Revit MEP Electrical, where you will apply your real electrical design expertise, including tasks such as load calculations, cable sizing, looping, circuiting, and panel schedules. You should be capable of delivering LOD 300-500 models for coordination and documentation purposes. Experience working on international projects, specifically in GCC/UK regions, will be considered a plus. In this position, you will be expected to work independently and also lead junior modelers as necessary. Your proficiency in using NavisWork to detect clashes and resolve them will be essential. Familiarity with working on Revit BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud, as well as preparing and extracting shop drawings, will be part of your daily tasks.
