Job Description

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling for candidate sourcing and client engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage fresher walk-in drives and recruitment processes.
  • Maintain professional communication with potential hires to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Handle HR documentation, onboarding processes, and employee records efficiently.
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and HR operations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, candidate sourcing, and recruitment.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills.
