Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for a Human Resources Generalist and Office Manager. We will prefer candidates based in Pune.

The candidate will handle day-to-day HR tasks, manage leaves and payroll, and manage employee life-cycle at the organisation. Additionally, this role involves supporting office administration and supporting the vendor communication team. Person should be extremely articulate and should be able to communicate skillfully in spoken and written English.

Candidate would be working with a talented and young cross-cultural team at Turian Labs that works with global clients on challenging assignments. We are looking at extremely articulate and proactive person to take up this anchor position for Turian Labs.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) - managing employee lifecycle at the organisation
• Manage payroll and benefits
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
