Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area for a Human Resources Generalist. The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day HR tasks and managing employee life-cycle at the organisation. Additionally, this role involves supporting office administration and supporting the vendor communication team. Person should be extremely articulate and should be able to communicate skillfully in spoken and written English. You would be working with a talented and young cross-cultural team at Turian Labs that works with global clients on challenging assignments. Qualifications Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management Experience with HR Policies and Employee Benefits Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in an on-site role Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
