Position: Senior HR Executive / HR Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR professional to manage core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The candidate should be well-versed in handling day-to-day HR activities and capable of supporting both strategic and operational HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR database is up-to-date.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Monitor attendance, leave management, and coordinate with payroll.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support performance review and appraisal process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
