As a Human Resource Manager at Aasha Ayurveda, a chain of Ayurvedic Clinic with five clinics in different cities including the Head Clinic in Delhi, Rajouri Garden, your role will involve handling the responsibilities for the organization and striving to upscale the organization to newer heights. **Role Overview:** - Manage human resource functions within the organization - Implement strategies to enhance the healthcare experience for both employees and patients - Collaborate with the leadership team to drive organizational growth and success **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff members - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Monitor and evaluate employee satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve the work environment **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Prior experience in healthcare industry preferred - Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Please note that the work location for this role is in person and the job type is full-time.,
