Please note that this is an Unpaid Internship. Your role will involve proficiency in Microsoft Excel to effectively handle and analyze employee data. You will also utilize HRIS tools to support different HR operations and assist in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Additionally, you will contribute to onboarding processes, manage employee data accurately, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Your strong time management and communication skills will be vital in balancing multiple HR tasks and interacting professionally with stakeholders. Responsibilities will include supporting recruitment efforts, organizing orientation sessions for new employees, updating employee records in HRIS systems, and assisting in company events and employee engagement activities. You will also play a part in developing HR policies, preparing internal communications and announcements, supporting compliance efforts, and handling administrative tasks as required.
