Documentation:

Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, NDAs, and joining forms.
Collect, verify, and organize candidate and employee documentation (ID proofs, education, and experience certificates).
Assist in background verification documentation coordination with third-party agencies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all personnel documents.
Ensure timely digitization and filing of HR records.

Interview Scheduling:

Coordinate with candidates and interview panels to schedule interviews across departments.
Share interview calendar invites and confirmations.
Send pre-interview instructions to candidates via email or calls.
Track candidate availability, reschedules, and panel feedback.
Maintain interview trackers and status dashboards.

Onboarding:

Prepare onboarding kits and welcome emails for new joiners.
Assist in Day 1 formalities, including document verification, orientation, and system allocation.
Introduce new joiners to teams and facilitate buddy allocations (if applicable).
Collect and validate onboarding documents and forms.
Track onboarding status and share updates with the HRBP/team leads.

End-to-End Recruitment Support:

Source profiles using job portals (Naukri) or internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on JD requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic screening and document candidate feedback.
Coordinate technical rounds and final HR discussions.
Follow up with selected candidates for offer acceptance and joining confirmation.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports (daily/weekly).Role & responsibilities
