Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  • Support in maintaining employee attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
  • Help in updating salary changes, deductions, reimbursements, and incentives.
  • Coordinate with HR for employee documentation and onboarding-related payroll inputs.
  • Ensure accuracy of employee database and payroll records.
  • Assist in generating payroll MIS reports and reconciliations.
  • Support in statutory compliance activities (PF, ESI, PT, TDS).

Requirements

  • MBA / BBA / M.Com / B.Com (HR/Finance specialization preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas).
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Eager to learn payroll systems and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
