Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, aiding in the recruitment process, coordinating training sessions, and handling employee inquiries. The intern will also support general HR administration and aid in fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Skills in HR Management and HR Policies development
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Interest in the health and wellness industry is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
