Human Resources (HR) Internship in Bangalore (Hybrid)

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accountsScreen resumes and application formsSchedule and confirm interviews with candidatesPost, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networksPrepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copiesParticipate in organizing company events and careers daysAbout Company: Circle Health (a brand owned by Alignment Health Private Limited) is an early-stage startup, founded by healthcare industry leaders and IIM graduates, and funded by healthcare sector-focused funds and strategic angel investors.
