Certified Nursing Assistant

You will be working as a Certified Nursing Assistant - NCLEX at Circle Health, a full-stack managed care platform dedicated to supporting the health of diverse populations. Your responsibilities will include assisting in patient care activities such as monitoring vital signs, aiding with daily living activities, offering bedside care, and ensuring patient comfort. Furthermore, you will be expected to support clinical staff, maintain patient records, and uphold safety and hygiene standards. To excel in this role, you must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification along with successful completion of the NCLEX exam. A good understanding of patient care practices, clinical procedures, and experience in monitoring vital signs and documenting patient information is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effective teamwork. An empathetic and patient-focused approach to care is highly valued, along with a basic comprehension of healthcare regulations and hygiene standards.
