Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an HR intern at ADM Education & Welfare Society, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting the team in providing a positive work environment for the employees. Your role will involve assisting with recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the HR team in conducting orientation and training sessions for new hires. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback. Help coordinate employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture. Assist with data entry and analysis using MS Excel to track HR metrics and trends. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to support employee development and retention.
