Industry – Computer/IT Services Work Experience – Fresher

Experience- 6 months to 2 yrs

Education – MBA (Technical Background preferred like - BBA / BTech)

We are looking for a Generalist - Human Resource with extraordinary interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate must have a clear understanding of their employer's business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives. Responsibilities

· Develop and execute recruiting plans

· Administering payroll and maintaining employee records

· Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization

· Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives

· Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

· Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management

· Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures

· Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits

Requirements

· Strong analytical and organizational skills, be organized, collaborative and proactive

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to deal people effectively, willingness to learn

· Result oriented and self-starter

· A proven track record in strong presentation skills

· Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
