Our organisation needs a motivated, highly organised Human Resource Executive to join our team. We're looking for a Human Resource Executive who doesn't mind putting in long hours and working with employees to constantly improve our output. Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in

    sourcing and hiring

    blue-collar workers (helpers, welders, operators, fitters, electricians, etc.) through multiple channels local agencies, job portals, referrals, and walk-ins.
  • Coordinate with

    labour contractors

    and maintain daily/weekly manpower status.
  • Conduct

    initial screening and interviews

    for workers.
  • Support in

    documentation, joining formalities, and ID creation

    for new hires.
  • Maintain records of

    attendance, leaves, and shifts

    for workers.
  • Assist in

    compliance and statutory requirements

    (PF, ESI, etc.) under supervision.
  • Handle

    employee queries

    related to salary, attendance, or HR policies.
  • Prepare and maintain

    MIS reports

    on recruitment and manpower.
  • Help organize

    training and orientation sessions

    for new workers.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of

    MS Excel

    and documentation.
  • Good understanding of

    blue-collar workforce dynamics

    (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
  • Energetic, field-oriented, and willing to visit labour sources or local markets if needed.

Qualifications:

  • BBA / MBA (HR)

    or Graduate in any discipline with interest in HR.
  • Freshers can apply; prior internship or experience in recruitment will be an advantage.

Salary Range: ?12,000 ?18,000 per month (depending on skills and interview)

  • Reporting To: HR Manager
