Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering positive employee relations. The role includes overseeing all HR management activities and ensuring comprehensive HR support to enhance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus
