Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the HR Business Partner (HRBP) responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Your role will involve formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees reflecting the organization's business objectives. It is essential for you to maintain a high level of business literacy about the financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition of the business unit. Key Responsibilities: - Be the first line of service delivery assurance. - Act as the trusted advisor on workplace engagement, people initiatives, and practices for the business. - Serve as a single point of contact for employees, managers & leaders in the group for HR related activities. - Execute and track specialized programs for talents and key employees with stakeholder buy-in in collaboration with service line partners. - Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes such as Performance Appraisals, Rewards and Recognition, Increments & Promotion Planning, Career Planning, Approval of Salary Actions, etc. - Drive performance improvement and facilitate positive changes in the people programs. - Implement Employee Engagement initiatives and effectively carry them out in collaboration with business and internal teams. - Provide counseling to managers/employees on performance, disciplinary and/or termination issues across levels, including involvement in conflict resolution and employee concerns. - Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 10-14 years of experience in HR Business Partner or related roles. - Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions. - Proven track record of driving HR initiatives and programs in alignment with business objectives.,
